University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design

Demystifying the college admissions process for high school students who are curious about art school, with a focus on warmth, texture, and approachability.

Client

University of Michigan

Scope

Campaign direction, creative development, print collateral, social media, merchandise

Approach

For the admissions campaign, we set out to demystify the college application process in a way that would stand out. Instead of a standard to-do list, we designed an engaging board game that follows a prospective student from virtual tour to their first semester at Stamps. Over 30 custom illustrations bring the art school experience to life with color, energy, and personality.

Merchandise

The campaign was so well received, we expanded into merchandise for the Stamps School. I designed a collection of spirit wear to support the Create the Future Fund, which benefits current Stamps students.

From the Communications Department at Stamps

“Katie showed her love for her school and the University of Michigan in her work for us. When it came time to launch our new online merchandise store, we turned to Katie to create apparel people would want to wear to show their school pride. Every time we collaborate with Katie, it is a joy. We receive outstanding feedback, and we love working with a fantastic alum who continues to surprise and delight us with everything she does.”
